ALL shipments will be made by FedEx ground or air depending on the service selected by the customer. In the instance where shipment is made to a Post Office Box we will ship via USPS. All freight charges are computed from our warehouse in Pico Rivera, California.
RETURN POLICY:
Returns on any item, for whatever reason will be accepted as long as returns are completed within 30
days of purchase and are returned without signs of wear or use in the manufacturer's packaging with all included
accessories. In the event that an item is returned for credit without meeting the aforementioned conditions, we reserve the right to refuse credit. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges incurred during the return unless an incorrect or damaged item was shipped initially. In order to return an item, please contact us to obtain an RMA#. Returns sent without an RMA# will be
subject to a 15% restocking fee.
CANCELING AN ORDER:
Once an
order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, however it can be returned in accordance with our return policy. Please refer to our return policy above for detailed instructions.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS:
Always insure when placing your order that your shipping address
is verified and correct. If the shipping carrier is required to make an address correction it will delay your package
and will cause the them to charge us a $6 address correction fee on
each box shipped to that incorrect address. This fee will be in turn charged to your credit card.
