The OS 361 LA is a far superior product in comparison to the traditional tripod which is constructed of aluminum alloy. Using carbon fiber and magnesium has created a product that is a third less weight, yet three times stronger than a tripod constructed of aluminum. The OS 361 LA is a Multi positional 3 section carbon fiber and magnesium tripod leg assembly. It has a lift and reversible center column, quick lever leg locks, foam grips and self leveling feet with ground spike. It's perfect for your standard photo shots, and at less then 3.5 pounds it's easy to move the tripod from location to location with very little effort. The quick lever leg locks are made of a composite material of engineer grade glass reinforced nylon resulting in a strong durable locking system, while adding very little overall weight to the product.
