We believe we are on the cutting edge of internet development, and although we have elected not to maintain a traditional 'brick and mortar' storefront, be assured we do maintain an office and all the traditional communication links to you our potential customer. If unavailable at the time you call, email, or fax, leave a message and someone will contact you in a timely manner, usually by the next business day. 

But you might still ask, 'why not open a traditional store?' Actually, there are several reasons for this, but the primary reason is cost savings. Our background in business includes over 12 years in another industry with only a storefront that conducted mailorder sales. We found out through experiance that we were limited by geographical area and eventually mailorder sales from magazine advertisements and 800 number orders far exceeded our local walk-in sales. It was time to find a new and better way to conduct business. Enter the internet. Just like tradional merchants, we have a wholesale supplier that we work with on a regular basis. Unlike, a traditional merchant I do not have the added expense of maintaining a warehouse with an expensive inventory of products. Instead my supplier keeps my inventory for me until you order and then ships your merchandise directly to you when you order from me. This eliminates the added built in expense of shipping the product to me, having me warehouse it, and then shipping it to you when you place an order.

Remember, we do not consider a sale complete until you are happy with your purchase. You are the most important part of our business. Without your satisfaction, we can not continue to do business because we rely on word of mouth advertising to make our business grow. Please order with that knowledge!
